Learn how to move around the pole! Beginner Pole classes introduce fun spins, basic floor moves and work toward climbing and inverting. Instructors teach most Beginner Pole moves on a Static Pole.
Aerial Fitness. Learn beautiful tricks combined with flowing transitions on the Lyra Hoop.
Dance and learn Beginner level spins and floor moves as the instructor leads you through a choreographed routine.
Intermediate Pole is designed for students who are able to both invert from the ground and climb to the top of the pole. You will learn a variety of inverted tricks as your strength and fitness level continue to increase. Classes will cover tricks and transitions and you will learn to string them together as combos. Instructors teach on both Spinning and Static Poles.
Feel sexy and have fun as you tone your muscles! This class is beginner friendly! You will learn beautiful trick combinations and flowing transitions all on the SPINNING POLE.
**EXOTIC HEELS AND KNEE PADS REQUIRED** This class will cover everything from how to walk in heels, to using the platform in various tricks, floor work and low flow combos.
Bendy 101 is the perfect compliment to pole fitness training. Sink deeper into your splits and achieve a beautiful back bend as you reconnect with your breath and body.
